Ingredients
2 lbs chicken
2 T Adam’s reserve garlic and peppercorn rub
1/4 C stock (beef, chicken or vegetable)
2 T wine (your choice)
4 oz goat cheese
2 T grapeseed oil
Preparation
Season both sides chicken with rub. Heat oil in med skillet on med-hi. Add chicken and saute 3-4 min per side. Add wine and stock and simmer 2 min. Add goat cheese on top and serve.
