Ingredients
1/4 cup toasted walnuts coarsly chopped
2 med tomatoes, seeded and coarsly chopped. (you may remove skin if prefered)
2 small or 1 large clove of garlic
3 croisants split horizontally
2-3 oz of goat cheese
Preparation
mix chopped toasted walnuts with diced tomatos. Finely chop garlic and add to tomato mixture. Top each crosiant with some of the tomato mixture and top with crumbled goat cheese. Broil until goat cheese heats up and begins to melt.
