Ingredients

1 head of lettuce

1 can of manderine oranges

2 cans of pickled beets sliced

4 oz pinenuts

8 oz goat cheese

6 oz balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Wash and chop 1 head of lettuce, we prefer romaine or bibb add 1 can of manderine oranges, chop 2 cans of sliced pickled beets and add crumble 8 oz of refridgerated goat cheese on top, the cheese crumbles much easier when cold. sprinkle 4 oz pinenuts add 6 oz balsamic vinegar or to taste, leave for presentation, toss before serving
