Ingredients
1 lb. Frozen or Fresh Gnocchi
2 slices Apple Wood Smoked Bacon, diced
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 Garlic cloves, sliced
8 oz. Cleaned Fresh Spinach
14 oz. prepared Tomato Sauce
14 oz. prepared Alfredo Sauce
Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
Preparation
Cook Gnocchi according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, saute bacon in a medium sauce pan until slightly crispy, about 3 minutes.
Remove bacon and let soak on paper towels. Drain bacon drippings from sauce pan.
Add olive oil and saute garlic for one minute. Stir in spinach until it wilts, about 2 minutes.
Add Marinara, Alfredo and the bacon. Heat on low-med until warmed.
Pour over cooked gnocchi and sprinkle with grated cheese.
