Ingredients
Salad:
3 cups dry macaroni (16 oz)
3-6 small sweet pickles, chopped
8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped fine
Salt & Pepper to taste
Dressing:
2 cups Miracle Whip
2 T. mayo
2 T. white vinegar
2 t. sugar
1 t. pickle juice
1 t. mustard (I use Dijon)
Preparation
Cook, drain, and cool the macaroni.
Add the next 5 ingredients.
Combine dressing, mix with ingredients, chill.
