Ingredients

No bake strawberry cheesecake:

1 (16 ounce) package vanilla CANDIQUIK

1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin (or Pudding)

1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese

Gluten Free Crust:

1 1/4 Cup almond meal (or finely crushed almonds)

1/3 Cup butter

3 Tablespoons sugar

Preparation

Cheesecake: Melt Vanilla CANDIQUIK according to directions on package. Mix ingredients in a large bowl with strawberry Jello powder (or pudding), cream cheese and cool whip until smooth. Spread in pie crust (optional: top with whipped cream) Gluten Free Crust: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter and combine with almond meal and sugar, mix well until all butter is absorbed Spread into an 8" round pie pan, pushing into corners and on edges. Bake for 10 min or until slightly browned
