Ingredients
4 oz. gluten free graham crackers (1/2 8 oz. box of crackers)
3/4 cup pecans
2 T sugar
5 T butter, melted
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Place graham crackers and pecans in a food processor and pulse until the mixture reaches a consistent crumb texture. Add sugar and melted butter and pulse until combined well. Press mixture evenly into bottom and sides of a 9-inch (4-cup) glass pie plate or springform pan as appropriate.
Bake crust in middle of oven 10 minutes and cool in pie plate on a rack. Add filling and bake as directed.
