Ingredients

6 cups (32 ounces) SUPER FINE stabilized brown rice flour

2 cups (10 3/4 ounces) potato starch

1 cup (4 ounces) tapioca starch

Preparation

Whisk ingredients together. Store airtight at room temperature.

  • Note: The finer the brown rice flour, the better your mix will turn out. This is key. Authentic Foods Gluten-Free, Wheat-Free Brown Rice Flour Superfine is a great choice, but I have also found brands that may be purchased cheaper in bulk that work too.
