Ingredients

1/2 cup warm water

1/4 cup honey

1tbsp active dry yeast

1 egg

1 egg-white

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup canola oil

1 cup warm soy milk

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp xanthan gum

1/2 cup starch

2 1/2 cup rice flour

A smidgen of margarine

Preparation

  1. Pour warm water into a cup. Add honey and stir before adding the yeast
  2. Place all other ingredients into a bowl.
  3. Pour the warm water mixture into the bowl and stir. The dough should have a sticky consistency. You may have to add 1-2 extra handfuls of rice flour to attain this texture
  4. Grease the bread pan with margarine and add the dough
  5. Cover the dough and let rise for 1 hr
  6. Bake the bread at 350 F for 45 mins
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan before removing
