Ingredients
4 oz coconut oil
5.5 oz of brown rice flour
2 oz white rice flour
1/2 t xanthan gum
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 c + 1T maple syrup
1 egg
1 T milk
1 t vanilla
6 T cocoa powder
xylitol sugar for dusting
Preparation
In separate bowls,combine wet and dry ingredients.
Form into balls roughly 2 teaspoons in size and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Cover with another sheet and roll to 1/8 inch thickness.
Remove paper, sprinkle with xylitol, and cover with paper again to press into flattened dough.
Bake at 350 degrees for twelve minutes. Cool for at least 15 minutes to set.
