Ingredients
2 tbsp canned pumpkin
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 large egg white
2 tsp agave nectar
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
10 semi-sweet chocolate chips
dash of sea salt
Preparation
- Beat the egg white in a large mug.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients (except for chocolate chips) and mix well. Then add the chocolate chips.
- Microwave for approximately two minutes (time may vary depending on microwave).
- Let stand for at least two minutes before consuming.
