Ingredients

2 tbsp canned pumpkin

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 large egg white

2 tsp agave nectar

1/8 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

10 semi-sweet chocolate chips

dash of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Beat the egg white in a large mug.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients (except for chocolate chips) and mix well. Then add the chocolate chips.
  3. Microwave for approximately two minutes (time may vary depending on microwave).
  4. Let stand for at least two minutes before consuming.
