Ingredients
1 3/4 C. white rice flour
1/4 C. coconut flour
1/4 C. potato starch
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 C. butter, softened
3/4 granulated sugar
3/4 light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 C. chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine the first 5 ingredients (dry ingredients) in a small bowl with a whisk and set aside. In a large mixing bowl cream together the sugars and butter until incorporated. Next add in the eggs one at a time and then the vanilla. Mix in chocolate chips by hand.
Bake at 375 degrees F for approx. 11 minutes.
