Ingredients
-2 Squares of your favourite fondue chocolate
-1/2 cup melted butterscotch
-1/3 cup margarine/butter
-1 cup granulated sugar or sugar substitute.
-2 eggs
-1 tsp Gluten-free vanilla extract
-1/2 cup potato starch
1/2 tsp Gluten-free baking powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice
Preparation
In a saucepan, melt margarine/butter, chocolate and butterscotch over low heat. Then proceed to stir in the sugar and let stand for 5 minutes. Beat in eggs one at a time along with the vanilla extract. Add starch, salt, baking powder and nuts. Add this to chocolate mixture. Pour mixture into a square baking pan and bake in oven at 350F(180C) for 25-30 minutes. When done, let cool and cut into squares.
