Ingredients
3 bananas (about 1 ½ cups) mashed
1 c. almond flour
1/2 c. coconut flour
1/2 c. oat flour
2 eggs
1 TBSP. vanilla extract
1 TBSP. honey
¼ c. coconut oil
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. EnerG egg replacer
Preparation
1.Place bananas, eggs, vanilla, honey and oil in blender 2.Blend liquid ingredients together 3.Mix all dry ingredients in a medium size bowl. 4.Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed. Be careful to not over mix. 5.Scoop batter into oiled muffin tins 6.Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean) 7.Remove from oven and let cool
