Ingredients
2/3 cup pecans, chopped
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 T flour
dash of cayenne pepper
1 pound turkey bacon
Preparation
Heat oven to 400˚ F. Crumple foil and spread onto a cookie sheet. Spray liberally with Pam.
Combine pecans, brown sugar, flour, and cayenne pepper in food processor.
Open bacon package and cut into four columns, so that each column is about 1.5 inches wide. Peel off two pieces of bacon at a time and place one atop the other on the foil. Sprinkle topping over. Bake until crisp, 15-20 minutes.
