Ingredients

1 egg white

1 tsp. cold water

1 lb. pecans

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. Beat egg white and water until foamy. (Not stiff!!!) Pour over pecans and stir until all are wet. Add the sugar/salt/cinnamon mixture and stir until well coated. spread onto a lightly buttered cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour at 250, stir occasionally.
