Ingredients

1 8-10 lb Smoked Ham, bone-in

1 cup Brown Sugar

1/3 cup Dijon Mustard

1 cup Crushed Pineapple and its juices (canned is fine)

4 cloves Garlic, minced

1/4 cup Sherry Vinegar

Handful of Fresh Thyme

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Score ham in diamond shapes on fat side. Place ham fat side up in large roasting pan.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients and rub into ham.

  3. Put 1 cup of water around the pan. Bake 15 minutes per pound.
