Ingredients
1 c baby carrots
2 tsp canola oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp water
Preparation
In a saucepan, combine carrots, oil, sugar, curry powder, garlic, and salt to taste. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until sizzling and fragrant, about 3 minutes. Add water. Cover and reduce heat so mixture simmers.
Cook until carrots are tender, about 10 minutes. Uncover and toss, until all liquid is gone and carrots are glazed, about 1 minute.
