Ingredients

2-4 salmon filets

Glaze:

2 Tbsp pure maple syrup

2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

1/4-1/2 teaspoon dried chipotle pepper (increase depending on amount of heat desired)

1 teaspoon salt

additional salt and pepper to taste

2-4 salmon filets

Preparation

Preheat broiler. Lightly salt and pepper salmon filets, set aside.

Mix ingredients together in a small bowl until well blended. Coat fish with glaze and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Place fish on lightly greased baking sheet and place under broiler, (about 6-8 inches from heat) for 5-7 min.

Glaze will began to bubble and lightly brown when ready. Enjoy!
