Ingredients
1 lb. carrots, peeled
1 T. sugar
1/2 C. water
2 T. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to season
2 T. butter
Preparation
Peel and cut carrots into bite-size pieces. In a skillet, add carrots, sugar, water, butter and salt bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, for 6-10 min. until desired firmness. Season with salt and pepper. May add dill weed if desired.
May cook in microwave in lightly covered dish.
