Ingredients
1 c. milk
1 egg
2 Tbs. melted butter
1 c. flour
1 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
Beat together the milk eggs and margarine. In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Heat a griddle to 400 degrees and drop a fourth of a cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbly, then flip.
