Ingredients

500g spaghetti

1/2 cup olive oil

5 cloves garlic, chopped finely

1/2 inch slice pancetta, diced

2 eggs

3 tbsp grated parmesan

Preparation

Boil spaghetti until tender, approx 15 min Five minutes before the pasta is ready, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry garlic and pancetta until crispy/golden drain spaghetti, then put back into pot on low heat. Add olive oil mixture Crack eggs in a bowl and beat. Toss into pot and stir constantly until the eggs stick to the noodles Add parmesan, black pepper and salt. Stir and serve
