Ingredients

4 cups cranberries

4 oranges

3 apples

4 stalks celery, finely chopped

15-oz. can crushed pineapple

1 cup pecans, finely chopped

3 (3 oz.) packs raspberry or cranberry gelatin

1 1/2 cup boiling water

Preparation

Process cranberries, oranges and apples in food processor until ground. Combine undrained pineapple, pecans and celery in bowl; mix well. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add to fruit mixture; mix well. Spoon into salad mold or large dish. Chill for 8 hours or overnight.
