Ingredients

1/4 cup rice vinegar

2 tsp sugar

kosher salt

cucumber

1 jalapeno (sliced)

1lb ground pork/turkey

1/4 cup hoisin sauce

1tbs grated ginger

4 pitas

Preparation

  1. combine vingear, sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and dissolve sugar.

  2. Add cukes, pappers and marinate

  3. cook pork 5-6 min. Stir in hoisin, ginger and 2 tbs water

  4. toast pitas and fill
