Ingredients
1 cup orange juice
2 tbs canola oil
3-4 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 lbs pork tenderloin
4 ears roasting corn
1 tsp conrstarch
Sliced green onions, limes and oranges for garnish
Preparation
Combine 2 tbs orange juice, oil, ginger, garlic, salt & pepper (save 1 tbs of mix).
Baste corn and pork with mixture. Use indirect heat and capture drippings. Grill till pork is 155 degrees and some kernels are light brown.
Combine drippings, reserved OJ mix and cornstarch. Cook 5 minutes until clear and thickened. Drizzle on pork.
