Ingredients
3/4 c butter softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 small pk butterscotch instant pudding
1 egg 2 c flour
1 t soda
1/1/2 t ginger
1-1/2 t cinnamon

Beat butter,sugar, pudding,egg together, add dry ing. chill dough for 1 hr. Roll 1/4 " thick, Cut with favorite cookie cutter,(nice to have the little miniture gingerbread men cutters Bake 350 10-12 min
