Ingredients
1/3C light soy sauce
1T fresh grated ginger
1t sesame oil
2t grated lime zest
1t (to taste) Asian Chile paste
2 cloves garlic (very finely minced or grated)
1T rice wine vinegar
1T molasses
1lb Salmon filet cut into 4 - 4oz servings
2 scallions, finely sliced (optional)
Preparation
In shallow baking dish, combine first 8 ingredients. Add salmon filets to marinate 15-25 minuted turning once. Place on greased cookie sheet and Bake @ 400 degrees 15-20 mintues or until flakes easily. Garnish with scallions.
