Ingredients

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

2 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts

1 tablespoon peanut oil

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

one 4-inch piece of ginger (grate)

Preparation

Heat pan: add garlic, ginger, coriander, chili, turmeric, and peanuts - toast for 2 minutes

Add to food processor with oil and lemon juice. Add salt. Fold in grated ginger
