Ingredients

1/2 cup tamari (low sodium soy sauce)

1/2 cup blood orange juice (or, regular orange juice)

1/3 cup honey

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons grated ginger

3 cloves of garlic, minced

1/2 small shallot, minced

Preparation

Whisk all 7 ingredients together in a bowl until honey is dissolved.
