Ingredients
1/2 Cup Lime Juice
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp. Minced, peeled ginger
1 Tbsp. Minced garlic
1 bunch scallions - chopped
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preparation
Place ingredients in a large zipper bag and mix well. Place 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts in the bag and place in the fridge overnight; turning occasionally. Grill as you would chicken breasts. Serve with assorted grilled vegetables.
