Ingredients

1.5 pound Chicken Breast (about 3 breasts), bone less & skinless, cut

into bite size pieces

2 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Paste

1 Cup Pearl Onions, skin removed

1 Red Bell Pepper, seeds removed, and cut into bite size pieces

1 Green Bell Pepper, seeds removed, and cut into bite size pieces

1 bottle Dinni’s Select Ginger Ranch

NOTE: If you just want Chicken (no kabobs), then leave out the onions & bell pepper.

Preparation

In a large shallow pan empty one bottle of Dinni’s Select Ginger Ranch, and mix the Garlic paste, add chicken, vegetables and marinade 6 to 12 hours in refrigerator (longer the time, stronger the flavor).

Run the skewer thru the meat and vegetables, alternating for beautiful presentation.

NOTE:

  1. Do not substitute the band of Ginger Ranch Dressing because this give the distinct “up scale” taste.

  2. If you only want Chicken (no kabobs), then instead of cutting the chicken breast into cubes, make several 1/2 inch deep stabs in the chicken breast, and then marinade.
