GINGER GARLIC CHICKEN KABOBS

1.5 pound Chicken Breast (about 3 breasts), bone less & skinless, cut

into bite size pieces

2 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Paste

1 Cup Pearl Onions, skin removed

1 Red Bell Pepper, seeds removed, and cut into bite size pieces

1 Green Bell Pepper, seeds removed, and cut into bite size pieces

1 bottle Dinni’s Select Ginger Ranch (from: www.dinnisselect.com)

NOTE: Do not substitute Dina’s Ginger or you will not get the fresh ginger taste.

Preparation

In a large shallow pan empty one bottle of Dina’s Select Ginger Ranch, and mix the Garlic paste, add chicken, vegetables and marinade 6 to 12 hours in refrigerator (longer the time, stronger the flavor).

Run the skewer thru the meat and vegetables, alternating for beautiful presentation

Grill over medium heat, till the chicken and vegetables are cooked.

Serve right away.
