Ingredients
3-4 lbs. Country Style Pork Ribs
2" length Ginger root cubed
8 Cloves garlic cut in ½
1 Large onion cut in ¾"
1 cup Cubed tomatoes
4 cups Tomato sauce
½ cup Brown sugar (not packed)
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 ½ tsp. Liquid Hickory Smoke
¼ cup Soy sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste.

Preparation
In a large stew pot on medium heat sauté onions in cooking oil until transparent. Add ginger, garlic, cubed tomatoes, tomato sauce, brown sugar, Worchestershire sauce and liquid smoke. Stir until combined and let cook while preparing meat. In a large skillet sear pork ribs turning each to brown. Remove ribs to stew pot as they are browned. Cover and lower heat to simmer. Let simmer 1 ½ hours. Serve. For an extra flavor boost add 1 cup pitted dark red cherries to the sauce before simmering pork ribs.
