Ingredients

1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion

2 tbs finely chopped peeled ginger

6 tbs rice vinegar

1/4 tbs water

2 tbs toasted sesane oil

2 tbs low sodiun soy sauce

1 tbp sugar

2tsp lenon juice

2 tsp niso

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp siracha

Preparation

Process in the blender till snooth. Add nan pla fishsauce if desired.

Serve over vegetables with spearnint
