Ingredients
4 salmon portions
4 teaspoons minced fresh peeled ginger
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 scallions chopped
Preparation
- Stir ginger and curry together
- Coat salmon in ginger curry mixture
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, then cook salmon covered for 8 - 10 minutes
- Add scallions to skillet with salmon and cook 1 more minute.
