Ingredients
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 pc garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
5 tsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients then partition the resulting mixture into small separate dipping bowls for each person.
