Ingredients
2lbs. chicken
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
flour
Sauce:
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 garlic cloves
1 inch grated ginger
Preparation
Soak chicken in milk 1/2 hr. Roll chicken in flour/salt Brown slightly in oil Pour sauce over chicken Bake @ 350 for 22 min.
