Ingredients
4 Chicken breasts
2 bell pepper
1 small onion
soy sauce
terriyaki sauce
sugar
garlic
ginger root
Preparation
Chop chicken breast into small pieces. Cut onion into fine pieces. Cut bell peppers into small sqare pieces. Chop pieces of ginger about 4 tbspns of ginger. Place chopped onions and bell peppers into a heated cooking pan. add garlic and ginger. place pieces of chicken breasts into pan. let all four cook together. Add 1/3 cup or less of soy sauce and the same amount of terriyaki sauce. add 2 tbspns of sugar. cook altogether stirring until chicken is fully cooked. one chopped chicken breast per person Serve with white rice.
