1 Lb Skirt Steak

Marinade:

2-3" Ginger Root, peeled and sliced

1 Cup Soy Sauce

1 Cup Sherry

1 Clove Garlic, minced

2 Tbsp Sugar

Gravy:

1 Can Chicken Broth

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

2 Heaping Tbsp Corn Starch

3 Tbsp Sugar

Preparation

Tenderize Skirt Steak 2X thru tenderizer

Preparing Gravy: Microwave 2 minutes on high; sitr and microwave 1 minute on high; stir and repeat until thick.
