Ingredients
1lb ground beef (sirloin)
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground veal
2 eggs
2 cloves of garlic
pinch of parsley
pinch of salt and pepper
1 cup of grated cheese
1 cup of bread crumbs
Preparation
Can be made ahead of time. Combine all ingredients. Add breadcrumbs slowly until the meat forms a ball. Fry the meatballs in batches until brown on all sides. Place in favorite sauce recipe 1/2 hour before serving.
