Ingredients
1 lb (1 kg) whole bologna
cut into bite-sized cubes
black pepper to taste
seasoning salt
carrots (chopped)
turnip(chopped)
onions (to taste)
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp butter
flour
water
potatoes(cubed)
(You get the idea)
Preparation
Place butter into a 2 litre saucepan and fry until bubbling. Add onion for 1 minute and then add all of the cubed bologna and fry on low. Stir it a few times while cooking. Then add 2 cups of water, spices, carrots, and turnip and bring to a boil. Cover and let simmer on very low heat for half an hour, then add potatoes and repeat. Mix flour and water together, and add to pot and stir on med-high heat to thicken. serve hot.
