Ingredients
2 oz gin
1 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
3-4 fresh basil leaves

Preparation
Pour gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker. Fill the shaker 2/3 with ice, and add the basil leaves. Shake hard to pulverize the basil. Strain into a martini glass, garnish with a sprig of basil.
