Ingredients

1 cup pink-grapefruit marmalade, such as Stonewall Kitchen

12 ounces gin

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (from 3 to 4 lemons)

24 ounces seltzer

Pink or Ruby Red grapefruit wedges, for serving

Preparation

Stir together marmalade, gin, and lemon juice in a pitcher to combine. Divide among ice-filled glasses, top with seltzer, and garnish with grapefruit wedges. Serve immediately.
