Ingredients
10 flour tortillas (burrito size)
4 pre-cooked skinless/boneless chicken breasts. Finely diced or shredded
1 lb. cashews. Chopped
3/4 cup red onion. Finely diced
1/2 cup mild chutney
3 TB steak sauce
3 TB mild curry powder
1 cup mayonaise
15 string cheese sticks.
toothpicks (fancy with frilled are nice)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the tortillas. Add more mayonaise if mixture is too dry.
Divide mixture on top of the 10 flour tortills evenly.
Pull mixture to one edge of tortilla, place 1 and 1/2 string cheese stick, lengthwise, on top of mixture and roll up as tightly as possible. Insert toothpicks as you make bite sized slices of the roll ups making sure the loose edge is secured. Place the individual rolled up hor d’oeurves on a brightly colored tray and stand back so you don’t get trampled!
