Ingredients

3/4 cup butter (1.5 sticks) at rooom temp

3/4 cup freshly grated parm cheese

6 tbs of mayonaisse

3 Large garlic cloves, minced

2 tbs chopped fresh parsley (or half dried parsley)

1/4 tsp dried oregano

Preparation

Mix ingredients. Spread on bread Broil until golden brown and bubbly (less than 5 minutes)

Make sure rack is on top
