Ingredients

1 lb of bow tie pasta (you may substitute with your favorite pasta), cooked and rinsed through cold water to cool it.

Drain and set aside in a container with a lid.

Add 4 tablespoons of Extra Virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup of steamed broccoli

1/3 cup of sliced yellow onions

1 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced in halves

1 Cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced

¾ cup of your favorite Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing.

Preparation

Place all ingredients in container and put on lid. Shake well until pasta and veggies are completely covered in the dressing.
