Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce

1/4 c. water

1 tbsp. sugar

1/8 c. pineapple juice[3]

1 c. brown sugar

1/8 c. ground ginger

2 tbsp. lime juice

1/8 c. garlic

1/8 c. white vinegar

Preparation

Pour 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of water, 1/8 cup of pineapple juice, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, and 1/8 cup of white vinegar into the mixing bowl. Stir the mixture with a whisk to blend it thoroughly. Add 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/8 cup ground ginger, and 1/8 cup garlic to the mixture. Stir the mixture with the whisk until the sugar completely dissolves into the liquid. Place the mixture in the refrigerator. Let the ingredients sit for at least an hour or up to overnight to allow the flavors to blend.
