Ingredients

8 large cukes, seeded and sliced into quarters.

6 kiwi’s, peeled and cored.

6 cloves garlic, chopped.

one small habanero pepper, seeded and chopped.

juice of half a lemon.

6 large tomatos quartered with water and seeds removed.

1 tsp salt.

1/2 tsp black pepper.

6 scallion stalks.

2 tblspns sugar.

4 tblspns olive oil

1 vadallia onion

Preparation

Chop half of the cukes, tomatoes, scallions and kiwi’s into quarter inch cubes and set aside. Puree’ the other half with all remaining ingredients in food processor or blender. Add chopped veggies and stir. Chill overnight.
