Ingredients
1 pkg (4oz) sweet chocolate
1/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Topping:
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp flour
Preparation
- Microwave chocolate and margarine in a large microwaveable dish at high 2 minutes or until completely melted.
- Stir sugar into melted chocolate, then add eggs and vanilla until completely mixed. Now add flour and mix until blended.
- Spread in greased 8 inch square pan.
- Prepare cream cheese topping in a small bowl then spoon over brownie mixture.
- Swirl with a knife to marboleize.
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean when poked in the center.
- Cool in pan and then cut into squares.
