Ingredients
5 slices bacon
1 med-large onion, diced
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 c. sliced potatoes (cooked)
1 tbsp parsley
Preparation
Cut bacon fine and fry. Brown onion in fat, add vinegar, water, salt, sugar and pepper. Heat to boil, add potatoes and parsley. Heat and servie (when increasing recipe, decrease vinegar)
